We are a group of Photographers that wish to enhance our skills whether we are trying to pick out our first camera or build on years of experiences!

OK, you just bought, were given or are really, really want that new camera. Now what do you do?! Join LEAA's ALPS club and we will take
you on a journey to get that photo of your flowers, child, reunion or what ever it is you want to photograph!
We are a group of
Southern Illinois photographers comprised of people with point and shoot, film and Digital SLR camera who like to photograph, people, buildings, flowers, landscapes, and just about anything else.
Our meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm in the LEAA Gallery at 601 Tower Sq. Plaza in Marion, Illinois
At each meeting we have a presentation on different camera topics and a member's show of recent work that they have done.
Themes are chosen for each month and photos are displayed by the members. Multiple treks are taken each month to different locations so members may practice what they have learned and receive instruction "on the job" on how to use their cameras.
All are welcome to the meetings, so we will see you there!!
